I am finally opening my ramen shop.

Coming from a humble first generation immigrant family.  I learnt many valuable lessons in life around our family's dining table.  I found my passion in food creation from a very young age, I love it so much I decided to pursue this as my lifetime career.  To me, every ramen creation is a project of its own.  I designed each ramen project with one goal in mind.  That is to bring a little surprise and just a little bit of joy to all my customers one bowl at a time.
